Instructions for Oral/Poster Presentations

Oral Presentation

Oral presentations should be planned for a total of 25 minutes (20 min presentation + 5 min discussion). Please refer to the Scientific Program for a detailed schedule.

For the oral presentation, speakers will have access to a computer running Windows. PowerPoint and PDF based presentations will be accepted.

Speakers are kindly requested to appear in the conference room at least ten minutes before the session starts to ensure that their presentation will run smoothly. A member of the organization team will be present in the room to help in any possible way.

Poster Presentation

Posters are recommended to be in A0 format (~90cm x 120cm). Stands will be available from March 21st in the morning to expose the posters.

Before the poster session that will be held on March, 21st in the afternoon, a Fast Track session is scheduled. The aim of this session is to have a very short presentation of each work accepted as a poster (please refer to the Scientific Program for a detailed schedule). For each poster paper, the authors should prepare 2 or 3 slides presenting briefly the content of their work. The following conditions are necessary:

• all the presentation files should be sent to the organizers (dgci2013@us.es) before March 18th (no personal computer can be used);
• the presentation should not exceed 5 minutes;
• speakers should be quickly ready for their presentation.
